Kildoag Pipe Band is based near Claudy in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland, and is an active member of the RSPBA Northern Ireland Branch. Publicly available early history is limited, but recent band profiles describe it as a County Londonderry band competing at Grade 3A level, with a further Grade 4B presence noted on its public page.

The band’s modern rise has been especially strong since its reformation in 2012. A major breakthrough came in 2022, when Kildoag won the Grade 4A World Pipe Band Championship in Glasgow, bringing international recognition to the band on the tenth anniversary of that reformation. It also achieved Grade 4A success at the All-Ireland Championship, taking best pipes and best drums.

Today, Kildoag continues to compete in Northern Ireland’s highly competitive pipe band scene, listed by RSPBANI among the Grade 3A bands for 2026.
