Cleland Memorial Pipe Band is based in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland, and was formed in 1926. The band has long been part of the local pipe band tradition in North Down, performing at community events, parades and competitions while maintaining a strong local identity. It wears the Mackenzie tartan and is listed with the RSPBA Northern Ireland branch as a Grade 3B band.

The band competes domestically and has also appeared internationally, representing Bangor and Northern Ireland on the wider pipe band circuit.
