De La Salle Holy Cross College Pipe Band is based at De La Salle Holy Cross College in Victory Park, Johannesburg, South Africa. The college was formed in 1986 when the former Holy Cross College for girls and De La Salle College for boys were amalgamated into one co-educational school.

The pipe band is part of the school’s cultural and music life, giving pupils the chance to learn Highland piping and drumming and to perform at school, community and competition events. De La Salle is one of the few Johannesburg schools that still maintains its own pipe band, and it also hosts the annual De La Salle Holy Cross College Highland Gathering, a major South African pipe band and Highland dancing event.

Recent records show the band competing in the South African circuit, including Grade 4 and novice juvenile activity. Today, De La Salle Holy Cross College Pipe Band continues to support young pipers and drummers while helping keep school pipe band tradition active in Johannesburg.
