Greater Midwest Pipe Band is a Grade 2 competitive pipe band based in Battle Creek, Michigan, USA. It was established in 2013 and had its first competitive season in 2014, with the aim of creating a strong central Midwestern band for experienced pipers and drummers.

The band was formed to bring together players from across the region, with early members coming mainly from Detroit, Chicago and other parts of the Midwest. South Central Michigan was chosen as a practical central base for rehearsals and development.

Since its formation, Greater Midwest has focused on building a serious Grade 2 competition presence while representing the American Midwest at contests and public performances. Today, the band continues to attract players from across the region and remains one of the prominent higher-grade pipe bands in the United States.
