Dollar Academy Pipe Band is the school pipe band of Dollar Academy in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. The band has been part of the Dollar community since 1914 and has grown into one of the most successful school pipe band programmes in the world. Dollar Academy describes its setup as taking pupils “from beginners to world champions,” with structured piping and drumming tuition across the school.

The band has been especially dominant in the youth competition scene. Its “A” band has won multiple World Pipe Band Championship titles in the juvenile grades, with public records noting World wins in 2010, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022 and 2023, along with repeated Scottish Schools and CCF Schools contest success.

Dollar has also maintained strength across several levels, not just one elite group. Recent school reports refer to three competition bands taking part in the CCF Scottish Schools Pipe Band Contest, showing the scale of its pupil development pipeline. In 2025, Dollar remained right at the top end of the juvenile scene, placing second in Juvenile at both the Scottish Schools Pipe Band Championships and the World Pipe Band Championships.
