Horsham City Pipes & Drums, also known as Horsham City Pipe Band, is based in Horsham, Victoria, Australia, in the Wimmera region. The band was formed in 1923 and continues to promote pipe band music and Highland dress in the local community.

For many years, the band practised in a building beside the main clubrooms at City Oval, before plans for the City Oval precinct redevelopment led to its move into Jubilee Hall. Horsham Rural City Council described the band as a long-standing local organisation still active after a century of service.

The band remains involved in performance and competition across Victoria. Recent public material shows Horsham City Pipe Band taking part in Pipe Bands Victoria events, including the Victorian Pipe Band Championships and Grade 4B contest performances.
